2845066 - BIB - Multiple non-recurrent payments (IT0015) are not replicated correctly

Symptom

The following behavior is observed when replicating multiple non-recurrent payments (IT0015):

Instead of registering multiple occurrences of the same pay component (wage type) on the same day or on adjacent dates, the replication will only create a single entry in IT0015. When this occurs, the "start date" and "end date" may get mixed up.
