2845145 - "Internal/External Job Description is a required field" error when sending the job requisition to the next step - Recruiting Management

When trying to send a job requisition to the next step or to approve it, you receive the following error:

Please correct the following error(s):

• Internal Job Description is a required field.
• External Job Description is a required field.

The fields Internal Job Description and External Job Description are not filled.

To fix this issue, you will need to follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Job Profile tab:
   
2. For each field, click on the Update button. If you would like, you can use in the External Job Description the same one as the Internal Job Description.
3. Click on Save.
   

Now, if you go back to Job Requisition Details tab and send to the next step, it will go as expected.
