2845229 - Purged Item still appearing in Program as Completed for user.

• Purged an Item using DRTM Learning Data from a users learning plan successfully.
• The same item is also included in a Program assigned to the user.
• When the Program is viewed the Item is present and showing as Complete.
• As the Item has been purged from the users learning plan it would be expected that when checking the program assigned to the user, that the item is showing as not completed.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

1. Record learning for an item for user with completion date in 2012.
2. Then assign the user to a Program which contains the Item. 
3. Consequently the item was marked as completed in the program.
4. Then run the DRTM Learning Data with the result that the item was purged out of the learning history.
5. Now view the Program and see the Item is still marked as Complete.

• As the Item within the Program was removed based on the retention policy.
• The Item continues to show as completed because that is the correct status for the Item within that Program.
• However, the Program may have other Items that are still within the retention period and therefore not purged yet.
• Once all of the Items within the Program are purged based on the retention policy, then the Program will also be purged.

• Product Management has confirmed this is expected behavior.
• The Item continues to show as Completed as that is the correct status for the Item within the Program.
• Once all of the Items within the Program are purged based on the retention policy, then the Program will also be purged.
