2845229 - Purged Item still appearing in Program as Completed for user.

• Purged an Item using DRTM Learning Data from a users learning plan successfully.
• The same item is also included in a Program assigned to the user.
• When the Program is viewed the Item is present and showing as Complete.
• As the Item has been purged from the users learning plan it would be expected that when checking the program assigned to the user, that the item is showing as not completed.
