• Recruiter is not able to forward the candidate to another requisition.
• Forward To Requisition button is greyed out.
• Error message: 'The candidate's data privacy selection is "Only recruiters managing jobs I apply to"

If the Recruiter does have correct the permissions as explained in the article 2788707 - Permissions to Forward to Requisitions button on the application page - Recruiting Management then this happens if the Candidate has selected the privacy option "Only Recruiters managing jobs I apply to" during application.

As per the current system design if the candidate selects privacy option "Only Recruiters managing jobs I apply to" during application then Forward To Requisition option will be automatically greyed out for the recruiting user and the user will not be able to forward this candidate to any other requisition.
