2845502 - Release Withdrawal allows partial picking even if partial picking is not allowed during warehouse task creation

Symptom

You have set that partial picking is not allowed for some Warehouse Process Type and is not using Parallel Wave Processing.

You release a wave using two-step picking (Release Withdrawal button) and expect that the system will not create the tasks once there is no available quantity in stock to supply the requested amount. Instead of this, the system creates the tasks normally.

If you try to release without Two-Step Picking or to create the tasks through /SCWM/PRDO transaction the expected behavior is presented and the following error message occurs:

Partial picking not defined for warehouse request &1, &2 - Message no. /SCWM/TO_WHR023
