2845540 - IBP: values of Minimum Transport Key Figures are not synchronized after S&OP Operator run

Symptom

The user adds the value 10 to the Upstream Key Figure Minimum Transport Receipts (MINTRANSPORT) and runs a S&OP Operator (for example, Heuristic or Optimizer), the value is not reflected/"mirrored" to its Downstream Key Figure Minimum Transport Supply (MINTRANSPORTDS).

The same behavior happens when adding a value first to the Downstream Key Figure Minimum Transport Supply (MINTRANSPORTDS).
