2845659 - Field Completion cannot be edited - Recruiting Posting

I aim to align my Job Requisition Template with Recruiting Posting by utilizing the Field Completion feature, but the option to select my templates, and certain RCM field values are unavailable.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting
2. Select Settings
3. Select Field Completion
4. There is no template available

One single error in the Job Requisition template or the introduction of a new field has the potential to disrupt communication between the Recruiting Posting and Recruiting Management, and stopping the process.

Please initiate an OData Metadata Refresh via Admin Center. This action will update the OData API and could potentially resolve your issue. Additionally, ensure that the fields are correctly exposed to the API; otherwise, our system may not be able to locate them.

If the OData API has been refreshed and all fields are properly exposed, yet the issue persists, please raise a ticket to Support team. Our Engineering team will validate the data and identify the field causing the error.

And if the problem stems from the customer's use of a specific object field, kindly adhere to the following steps:

Identify the object field, e.g.: Position Type - cust_xxxxx in Recruiting Management.

1. Navigate to Admin center > Manage Data > Configure Object Definitions > Select Object Definition and search for object/cust_xxxxx/
2. Make Correction > set API Visibility to Editable and save
3. Run OData API Metadata refresh.
