2845815 - Recruiting Templates under Manage Templates are showing incorrect date on "Update on" column - Recruiting Management

The date showing under the column called "Updated on" in Manage templates for recruiting does not match my last update in Manage Templates, or is Blank (for Candidate Profile Template)

When using Manage Templates and searching for Recruiting templates, the column "Updated on" is showing wrong date.

Expected Behavior - "Updated on" only registers the date when a template was updated in provisioning

Lest use the Template "Standard Job Requisition" ex example below:

1. You may verify that the template have version 32 (1) and the date is 2014 (2)
   
   
   
2. If I edit and save the template using Manage Templates, you will notice that the version will increase (1) but the "Updated on" date will remain the same (2) - This date is only updated when we update the template via Provisioning
   
   
   
3. If you check the version option however, it will give you detailed information on the updates, as who updated it, was it done via manage templates, etc.
   
   
   
   NOTE: Candidate profile template works the same way, however, since in provisioning there is no real upload, is just a field to change the code, nothing is registered in "Updated on" column
