Resolution
The instructions on how to enable the Message Center are described in this section of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Implementation Guide:
Enabling Email Correspondence and Message Center.
Please verify that the points under "Prerequisites" are fulfilled before to proceed.
Note:
To disable the feature, you just need to uncheck the checkbox "Enable Email Correspondence".
