Resolution
The instructions of how to enable Message Center are described in this section of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Implementation Guide: Enabling Email Correspondence and Message Center.
To disable the feature, you just need to uncheck the tickbox "Enable Email Correspondence".
