2846060 - Error during ST-A/PI add-on installation in phase XPRA_EXECUTION

During installation of add-on ST-A/PI 01T_731 using SAINT, the tool stops with following error in phase "XPRA_EXECUTION",

Background job RDDEXECL did not complete successfully.

Logs in SM37 shows following,

Information on where terminated
The termination occurred in ABAP program "/SSF/SAO_UTILS", in
"UNCOMMENT_PROJ_CODINGPARTS". The main program
was "/SSF/SAO_UTILS".

In the source code, the termination point is in line 748 of (Include)
program "/SSF/SAO_UTILS".
Program "/SSF/SAO_UTILS" was started as a background job.

The termination is due to exception "CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FUNC" occurring in

The procedure is in program "/SSF/SAO_UTILS". The source code begins in line
