2846139 - RMK Category Rules not working correctly after b1908

Since b1908, category rules in RMK are returning unrelated jobs. How can this be corrected?

A regression issue due to changes to category maintenance

This issue has already been corrected by engineering and patched on September 27th.
However, the fix which was deployed on September 27th only prevents the issue going forward (i.e in the future jobs will not be added to the wrong category) - it does not cleanup existing categories.

To ensure existing rules work correctly the affected category must re-saved  (no changes required). This will remove any jobs that were associated and should not have been.

In any case, jobs will recycle through a 28 day period and be eligible for re-maintenance which will also re-categorize them.
