2846297 - IBP: Changed Values by copy and paste from another sheet are not being recognized upon Saving/Simulating in Excel

The IBP Excel add-in is not recognizing the values that were changed after copying and pasting from another Excel sheet. It only recognizes if the values are manually typed in.
