2846673 - Http 400 The webpage cannot be found error while performing certain actions in Web Intelligence

Symptom

  • Upgrading the BI environment which involves in Tomcat upgrade results in "HTTP 400" error
  • "HTTP 400 The webpage cannot be found" error is noticed in below 2 workflows so far

    => When inserting a pre-defined cell containing the value of a prompt

    => Clicking on OpenDocument link which has square brackets ("[" and "]")in it
          -> This issue is observed only in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and works fine in Internet Explorer 
          ->  If we try to open the link in new window then issue is also observed in Internet Explorer browser
