2847055 - Delete Item button is disabled when open a delivery order in VA02

Symptom

When creating a delivery order including line items with item category 'TAMA', the button 'Delete item' is enabled. Upon opening the same delivery order using transaction VA02, the same button is greyed-out, not enabled.
