2847403 - Are Web Push Notification supported by SAP mobile and web apps?

Symptom

It's not possible to use SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services (SCPms) or SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) to send out Push Notifications for an SAPUI5 application that's deployed on a Fiori Launchpad instance or is self hosted. Push Notifications can be sent only to native or hybrid apps, but not to web apps.
