Symptom
In the returns overview screen the Logisitical Follow-up Activity status seems incorrect.
Environment
- Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Logistics Execution (LE)
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition All versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon with the following User Role assigned: SAP_BR_RETURNS_REFUND_CLERK
- Open App - Manage Customer Returns.
- Select a Return Order and Display the document.
- Select the [Returns Overview] button.
- The Status of the 'Logistical Follow-up' step is not completed.
Resolution
- Logon with the following User Role assigned: SAP_BR_RECEIVING_SPECIALIST.
- Open App - 'Enter Inspection Results - From Warehouse'.
- Enter the Delivery number.
- The Follow-up activity status for the Material Inspection in the Warehouse is available here.
