2847608 - Logistical Follow-up activity with incorrect status

Symptom

In the returns overview screen the Logisitical Follow-up Activity status seems incorrect.

Environment

  •  Sales and Distribution (SD)
  •  Logistics Execution (LE)
  •  SAP S/4HANA Cloud All versions 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon with the following User Role assigned: SAP_BR_RETURNS_REFUND_CLERK
  2. Open App - Manage Customer Returns.
  3. Select a Return Order and Display the document.
  4. Select the [Returns Overview] button.
  5. The Status of the 'Logistical Follow-up' step is not completed.

Resolution

  1. Logon with the following User Role assigned: SAP_BR_RECEIVING_SPECIALIST.
  2. Open App - 'Enter Inspection Results - From Warehouse'.
  3. Enter the Delivery number.
  4. The Follow-up activity status for the Material Inspection in the Warehouse is available here.
