2847637 - ECDA displaying : smMsgCollection::LocalizeMsg failed to find message in file dcany, message in the Log

Symptom

  • No issues being seen  but the Enterprise Connect Data Access (ECDA) server shows:

    LogNotice 08/21/2019 12:15:02.247 ECDAServerName NULL NULL NULL smMsgCollection::LocalizeMsg failed to find message in file dcany
    LogNotice 08/21/2019 12:15:02.247 ECDAServerName NULL NULL NULL smMsgCollection::LocalizeMsg Unable to locate MSGID: 1078586 

  • Customer only sees these messages when a Python Script is used to log in to the ECDA.
