2847731 - Automatic database space expansion stop working after few space expansions - SAP ASE

• Automatic database expension is enable using sp_dbextend for logsegment.
• The expansion work after few times of expension.
• User transaction become log suspend due to the transaction is full
• In the user database, sp_dbextend "list","threshold" report the following message and the log segment free space is lower than the last chance threshold with status "disabled by LCT" or empty
  
  Failed to find specified threshold in threshold cache on instance 1 for database TESTDB (20), segment 2, free space 322560. Use 'dbcc thresholds' to see the threshold cache contents.
