Resolution
The behavior of the form that is linked in My Team Tile “Take Action” is governed by a few rules.
- There can be no more than 1 form displayed in My Team Tile “Take Action”. In other words, My Team Tile can only display one form link.
- Form that is launch for the very first time for employee will appear in My Team Tile “Take Action”. Consider the sample scenario below: Admin launched a very first form for Emp_Employee. The very first form launched is called “123 FORM”. This form will initially appear in My Team Tile “Take Action”.
-
Form from Rule 2 must be first routed to completed so that another form should display in My Team Tile “Take Action”.
Consider the sample scenario below:In Rule 2, there is initially a form that is first launched. Then in Rule 3, an admin launched another form (can be of the same form template or a different form template). Example of the form launched in Rule 3 is “987 FORM”. So, assuming that the form mentioned in Rule 2 is not yet completed and at the same time the form that is launched is Rule 3 is also not yet completed: what will happen is in My Team Tile “Take Action”, the form that will be displayed there is the form in Rule 2 (ie, 123 FORM), not the form in Rule 3 (ie 987 FORM). It is because the rule in Rule 3, if the form 987 FORM is to be displayed in My Team Tile “Take Action”, the form in Rule 2 (ie 123 FORM) must be set to completed status so that 987 FORM takeover. Remember, there can only be one form to be displayed in My Team Tile “Take Action”. If both forms (123 FORM and 987 FORM) are in Modify Stage, then the system will still display the 123 FORM. When it is already routed to completed step, then this is the only time the 987 FORM will be displayed in My Team Tile “Take Action”.
-
For forms that are of the same Form Due Date, My Team Tile “Take Action” will display the very first form that is routed to completed step.
Consider the sample scenario below:123 FORM and 987 FORM both have the same Form Due Date of 11/09/2019. If for instance, the first form that is completed or moved to completed step is 123 FORM and soon followed by 987 FORM, My Team Tile “Take Action” will display 123 FORM since it is the first form that is complete.
- For forms that are not of the same Form Due Date, My Team Tile “Take Action” will display the form that has the latest Form Due Date regardless which form is first completed.
Consider the sample scenario below:
123 FORM has a Form Due Date of 11/09/2019 while 987 FORM has a Form Due Date of 12/31/2019. Once these forms are completed or routed to completed step (either 123 FORM or 987 FORM is first completed), My Team Tile “Take Action” will display the form that has the latest Form Due Date (in this scenario it is 987 FORM as it has Form Due Date of 12/31/2019). - Deletion of a completed form that has the latest Form Due Date (in the above example, it is 987 FORM that has a Form Due Date of 12/31/2019) will result in a form that has the earlier Form Due Date (in the above example, it is 123 FORM thy at has a Form Due Date of 11/09/2019) to be displayed in My Team Tile “Take Action”.
- In case of multiple forms scenario (3 or more), the system will display the form in My Team Tile “Take Action” should it meet any of the rules.
