You can see for some orders, with App Display Production Order - Goto - Cost Analysis, or with App Production Cost Analysis, Total Actual Quantity field is shown as zero for some material lines. However, if you click into the line item view, you could see the actual quantities are updated correctly.

Reproducing the Issue
- Goto App Display Production Order
- Click Menu - Goto - Cost Analysis
- Check the Acutal Quantity field for input materials
Please check SAP Note 352610. It explained the prerequisites for update of quantities in CO total records. Especially, the "Material Origin" indicator in material master data is important.
You can check in the Material Master data to see whether the Material Origin field is selected.
To check the Actual Quantities, you can go into the drill down report to check the line items. If you are in App Production Cost Analysis, you can click the G/L Account link. You will see a popup with link 'Display Line Items'. After clicking on it, you will navigate to the Display Line Items App with the quantity details.
Of course, you can select the Material Origin field in Material Master and save. So in the future, if you create new orders, the Total Actual Quantity will be shown correctly.
