Symptom

The following symptoms were noticed in the affected environment:

  • Frequent restarts
  • High suspension on backoffice/backgroundprocessing aspect.
  • Following pattern can be seen in Dynatrace on the affected process (tomcat backoffice in this case):

  • Hybris Caches tab shows following Query Region Cache pattern:
