2848962 - Error RECETM 222 in the valuation rule

Symptom

A contract is created with a condition type for 'Unplanned depreciation'. It is required to reverse the effect of the condition and enter a new condition with type 'Unplanned write-up'. Upon trying to mark the valuation rule as complete, error message "RECETM222 -  &1, &2: Only one condition with property Depreciation is permitted" is raised.
