2848962 - Error RECETM 222 in the valuation rule

Symptom

You create a contract with a condition type 'Unplanned depreciation'. You would like to reverse the effect of the condition and enter a new condition with type 'Unplanned write-up'. Upon trying to mark the valuation rule as complete, you receive the error message "RECETM222 -  &1, &2: Only one condition with property Depreciation is permitted".
