Address Information History page showing code instead of Label

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to address information in an employee's profile.
- Add a new record and change any field
- In the left side column or Address Information History, the option ID of the selected state appears.
- Result: Address2 instead of Street and House Number, Department is showing the code of the department in change history instead of the words(label)

Resolution
This is a known issue. Personal information Developer team is working on a fix for a future release.
No date has been confirmed at this time.
Please use the below workaround in the meantime:
- The field label on Change History is from default field. The fields labels are not defined in your case so the default label displays on your instance..
- configure the fields with expected labels in default entity(without country)
Result:
There are 2 issues mentioned in this ticket:
1. In the History Panel on the left side it is displaying the Field Identifier rather than the label
2. for the picklist value it is displaying the Option ID.
The first issue is prevented by ECT-126084. We need our PM to confirm about the expected behavior to decide if further enhancement will be made, especially when it comes across the county change.
The second issue is prevented by ECT-123785. Please contact PM to prioritize the fix.
