Date Applied in Candidate Profile and Application Profile are different than Date Applied in Job Applications within Careers.

To reproduce the error, you must have proxy permissions and access the affected users.

1. Go to Careers > Job Applications
2. Check Date Applied information

To compare both information, you either need access to the Candidate Profile or Application Profile

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Access Candidate tab
3. Search by the affected candidate
4. Go to Jobs Applied and refer to the specific affected Application
5. Refer to the date applied on the right side

Currently, the Date Applied in Careers doesn't go under any timezone conversion before it gets displayed in Job Applications tab, whereas the Date Applied in Recruiting is being converted based on the user's timezone. Therefore, if the Application is submitted near to 00:00h, the difference could one day between both Applied Dates.

Software Engineering has performed their investigation upon this problem and the fix code will be applied within 1911 release. If you have a business need on having this issue corrected sooner, we recommend you to approach your account manager representative directly requesting the same or provide the impact and reasons this is needed prior to aimed date.
