2849362 - Job Profile content is empty until refreshing the page

When selecting the Job Profile tab on a Job Requisition, the content in all fields is empty. When refreshing the page through the Save, Cancel, or Refresh button, the content then appears. Only certain users can see the content without refreshing the page.

1. Open a Job Requisition.
2. Navigate to the Job Profile tab.
3. Notice that the content is empty.
4. Refresh the page, and notice that the content appears.

The language of the user is different to the default language of the Job Requisition.

The content in the Job Profile tab loads firstly in the default language of the requisition.

If the user's locale is different, they will not see the content. Once the page is refreshed, the Job Profile Content loads correctly in the User's locale.

An enhancement request has already been created with our Engineering Team to improve this behaviour, by letting all user locales see the Job Profile content without the need for refreshing the page.

As a possible workaround for the time being, please ensure that the language of the user matches the language of the requisition, and the content will show without the need to refresh the page.
