2849491 - Maintain several language-dependent records for an infotype with time constraint 0 or 1.

Symptom

You are using Organizational Management transactions, such as PP01, PPOME, etc.. to maintain several records in different languages for the same infotype with time constraint 0 or 1. These time constraints do not allow gaps or overlapping records so you are unable to create a new record for the same period in a different language.
