2850162 - Statistical Value Missing Error in the Intrastat Declaration

You have created an Intrastat Declaration however system shows an error message up on checking consistency.

1. Go to the Intrastat work center
2. Go to the Intrastat Declarations view
3. Select the relevant Intrastat Declaration
4. Select Edit and navigate to Items tab
5. Select the relevant Intrastat Item and select Check button
6. Error appears

In the Data Derivation for Statistical Value, you have not maintained any statistical value for Incoterms and hence the error occurs.

1. Go to the Intrastat work center
2. Go to Common Tasks
3. Select Derive Statistical Value
4. Select Append button
5. Enter Country of Declaration, Goods Flow Direction, Ship-To/From Location, Partner Country, Incoterm.

For each country of declaration, goods-flow direction, ship-to/from location, partner country, and incoterm, you specify the positive or negative percentage to add to or deduct from the invoice value. This is used to automatically calculate the statistical value of declaration items. If you do not add the relevant details here, you need to manually enter the statistical value in the declaration.
