2850173 - ESI - DUMP: GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED in CL_SRT_WSP_CONFIG_RT in SOAMANAGER

Symptom

In Simplified Web Service Configuration in SOAMANAGER, after clicking the Save button, the following error occurs:

500 Internal Server Error.

And a dump is raised in transaction ST22, similar to the following:
