2850249 - Changing the Text 'Country' to 'Country/Region' as a Standard - RCM

Symptom

  • There is some discussion about whether some countries are just regions of other countries and vice versa.
  • In order to make our product complaint with all possible regional legislation, our Product Management team has decided to enhance the product.
  • What changes are being made to the product as a result of this situation?

Resolution

  • Product management is working to ensure this is compliant and is scheduled for release b2005.
  • In the meantime, a workaround is to change the field label via Manage Languages.
  • In the example below, the label should read 'Country/Region of Residence' instead of 'Country of Residence':
