2850347 - Error "StatusCode in ResponseMessage! = OK" in SAP Cloud Platform

Symptom

  • You have two SAP Cloud Platform users trying to access the SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench via URL:

https://<hostname>.us1.hana.ondemand.com/sap/hana/ide/catalog/

  • One of the users can access the SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench successfully but the second user gets the following error:

StatusCode in ResponseMessage! = OK; please refer to the database trace for more information

  • The URL in the address bar has changed to:

https://<hostname>.us1.hana.ondemand.com/sap/hana/xs/saml/login.xscfunc

  • Both users can access the HANA database via HANA Studio successfully.
  • Both users have the required sap.hana.xs.ide.roles::* roles to access the SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench.
