2850589 - Employee Responsible Not the Expected Employee in an Invoice Request based on a Contract

In an Invoice Request which is based on a Contract the Employee Responsible is not the expected one.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center. 
2. Select the Invoice Requests view. 
3. Open invoice request ABC (ABC represents the invoice request id). 
4. In the General tab the Employee Responsible is not the expected one. 

The Invoice Request is based on a Contract and the Employee Responsible in the Invoice Request is not the same as the Employee Responsible in the Contract.

For Invoice Requests based on a Contract the Contract Administrator of the Contract is determined as the Employee Responsible in the Invoice Request.

This is the expected system behavior.
