2850659 - Log record is Not first but transaction is not in transaction table error when starting Customer Checkout

Symptom

SAP Customer Checkout fails to start. In the Java console you find the errors

Caused by: ERROR XJ040: Failed to start database 'C:/SapCustomerCheckout/cco/db/CCO' with class loader sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader@18b4aac2, see the next exception for details.
