2850688 - Quotes Display Multiple Lists Prices for Some Line Items in the Output File

You create a sales/service quote and for some line items multiple list prices are displayed in the output document.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the New Business Work Center.
2. Go to the Sales Quote View.
3. Filter for All Sales Quotes.
4. Search for the Sales Quote ABC (where ABC represents the Sales Quote ID).
5. Open, Select View All.
6. Navigate to the Output History tab.
7. Download and open the Output File.

Two or more List Prices are displayed for the Line Item XX in the Output File of the Sales Quote ABC.

Currently all applying price lists entries will be displayed for the Line Item XX in the output file, if the Line Item is flagged as optional.

In order to check if the Line Item is flagged as optional in the Sales Quote document, the following steps can be performed:

1. Go to the New Business Work Center.
2. Go to the Sales Quote View.
3. Filter for All Sales Quotes.
4. Search for the Sales Quote ABC (where ABC represents the Sales Quote ID).
5. Open, Select View All.
6. Navigate to the Items tab.

The Optional checkbox is marked for the Line Item XX. (where XX represents the Line Item Number).

This is the current expected behavior.

In case, only one List Price is required to be displayed for the Line Item XX, then the Optional checkbox will require to not be marked for the Line Item XX. 

1. Go to the New Business Work Center.
2. Go to the Sales Quote View.
3. Filter for All Sales Quotes.
4. Search for the Sales Quote ABC (where ABC represents the Sales Quote ID).
5. Open, Select View All.
6. Uncheck the Optional checkbox for the Line Item XX.
7. Submit the Sales Quote.

Only one List Price will be displayed for the Line Item XX in the Output File of the Sales Quote ABC.
