2850689 - Field is missing while printing "Download Bonus Details"

Symptom

Field is visible when we click "Download Bonus Details" but field is not visible in PDF when we download PDF.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to Home > Compensation
Open Executive Review
Select Variable Pay Template.
Select download bonus details
Select “Download PDF”.

Cause

The issue has been identified and logged under JIRA VRP-9332

Resolution

A fix for this issue with our UX reimagined is planned for H2 2020.

Workaround:

As of now the workaround is to 'Switch Print Format'.

Please note that this is not the same as 'Print preview'.

Download Bonus Detail -> 'Switch Print Format' on right corner [not 'Download PDF' directly]

Switching print format will fix the issue. This can be used as a work around until we release a newer version of the UI.
