2850722 - Reports are missing in Report Center for certain users

• Few reports are missing just for a few users
• Certain types of reports (example: Canvas) are missing for a few users

1. Navigate to Report Center as the affected user
   
   

• Expected behaviour - Reports the user has access to should be listed
• Actual behaviour - Not all reports all listed

Affected user has applied filters in the Report Listing page

1. Edit the filters by clicking the filter icon
2. Either add the desired report types (left top) or clear the filter altogether (right top)
3. Click 'Go'
