Symptom
- Unable to open ASE log file on Windows platform
- SAP ASE Service account, which is in local Admin group and used to create Sybase ASE instance, is unable to open up the ASE log file when ASE service is started and running
- "Access is denied." message is prompted when trying to open the log file with Notepad
- The log file can be copied and the copied file can be opened successfully
