2851284 - Empty search result when using a picklist value in RMK search - Recruiting Marketing

When I use the function "More Options" in the career sites by selecting a value in a picklist, sometimes the search result is empty. What is the reason?

The value that you are selecting in the picklist has a "space" character at the beginning and/or end. This "space" character will prevent the search to work.

In order to resolve this issue, the picklist needs to be updated on the Recruiting Management side. This action will update the values on the Recruiting Marketing side.
