2851299 - Prevent specific transaction types from being replicated - for example, only inserts get replicated - SRS

Symptom

Would like to prevent specific transaction types (e.g. updates and deletes) from replicating from a primary database to a replicate database.

  • Currently function strings are being to modify the behavior of replicated transactions to the replicate
  • Is modifying the function string rs_delete and rs_update to do nothing the only way?
  • Or is there another way to accomplish the task?
