The 'Select All' button is missing in a few standard dashboards / tiles.

Standard offering - expected functionality

The Standard Dashboards and Tiles have been built and provided as a convenience for the users and do not have a universal configuration as such.
Neither can the functionality be modified.

If there is a need for the 'Select All' feature, please rebuild the tile (Tile Builder) or the Dashboard (Tile-based Dashboard) manually.
Please not that the functionality is tile specific and not Dashboard specific.
Hence, even if you need this in one tile of a Standard Dashboard, you would have to rebuild the tile and then the Dashboard.

If you feel the feature is important, we request you to submit an enhancement request for the same.
