2852610 - Unidentified Work Center View ID in Changes Tab of Business Users

Symptom

Unknown workcenter id like 12_#$IBR$#_3 in Business user changes view.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Application and user management work center.

  2. Edit Business user K98TSGINRUP.

  3. Go to Changes tab.

  4. You find a workcenter id like 12_#$IBR$#_3.

Cause

In this case when the user was assigned business role with ID "12" the entry was created in the Identity BO as "12_#$IBR$#_3 ". Hence this signifies when the business role was assigned to the user.

Resolution

This is the designed system behaviour.
