2852617 - Solution Documentation dump in CL_SMUDUI_SL_STATIC_TOOLS Method GET_EXCLUDED_OBJ_TYPES

After upgrading to SP08 or higher, when opening Solution Documentation the user receives a "500 Internal Server Error" and a dump is created in transaction ST22:

The current ABAP program "CL_SMUDUI_GA_CONTEXT_INFO=====CP" had to be
terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
In include "CL_SMUDUI_SL_STATIC_TOOLS=====CM006 ", in line 1 of program
"CL_SMUDUI_SL_STATIC_TOOLS=====CP ", the following syntax errors
have occurred:
Method "GET_EXCLUDED_OBJ_TYPES" is not declared or inherited in class
"CL_SMUDUI_SL_STATIC_TOOLS".
