2852669 - Fiori app F1604 in dutch gives no description

Symptom

When using the app F1604 'Manage Internal Order' in Dutch, the header text is not displayed correctly. Instead of the order description, the value '&PARA2' is shown. This problem does not occur when working in English or French.
