Symptom

When configuring the connection from Solution manager system to an external HANA DB, there is the following warning message in Solution Manager Self-Monitoring.

 Check for disabled Alerts.

 1. Insufficient privilege: Not authorized.

2.  Inactive Alerts.

     Overflow of rowstore version space (73)

     Overflow of metadata version space (74)
