2852850 - Realtime job fails with XML error after SIA restart - Data Services

• A Real time job that uses an XML source to call a web service function fails with the following error after the Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) is restarted.
  Error " An element named <> present in the XML data input does not exist in the XML format used to set up this XML source in data flow <>."
• Opening the web service endpoint in the Web browser will resolve the error temporarily.
• The WebAdmin.log file may also contain the following error messages:
  Error "the targetname space : <> is already added"
  Error "the targetname space is same but schemas don't match adding to schemaXSDs"
