2852924 - User's default personal settings about EBAN-BPUEB (Adopt Requisition Price in PO) not considered if PR created from CJ20 / IW31

When generating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) from Project Builder CJ20N / Network Activity function / Maintenance Order IW31, the personal settings of ME51N (Create PR) is ignored hence for example 'Adopt Requisition Price' field's requested default value (to take over from PR to PO the PR valuation price "as netprice" or "as grossprice") not taken, field remains empty.

When generating the PR manually using the standard ME51N, the settings stored in ME51N is referenced, and the 'Adopt Requisition price' field hence gets the required default value: "as netprice" or "as grossprice"

This then results, that purchase order (PO) generated from such PR not get the expected price, and manual price adjustment needed.
