What is the process to update job board specific fields?

Job Board specific fields are fields defined by each job board, with information that the specific team set as mandatory for them to be able to publish clients' jobs. Changes to be performed on these fields must be discussed with the job board team. Please, have in mind that such change would affect every single client that has jobs being published with said third party, so very specific changes that would suit a single company process, may not be taken as an acceptable change by the job board team owning that field (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2773045).
