2852967 - Config tool - FATAL: com.sap.engine.offline.OfflineToolStart will abort now with exitcode 3

Symptom

During a system upgrade using the SUM tool, parameters must be adjusted in the Config tool because of special needs, but the following error occurred when the Config tool was started:

FATAL: Current VM is not supported according to the specified compatibility list.
