1. Login to the Instance
2. Go to a group and upload an image using "add an image" option and get the error

The uploaded image is more than 5MB. The size of the uploaded image file must be less than 5 MB if done via "add an image" option.

•  This is working as designed if image is added using "add an image option". The size of the uploaded image file must be less than 5 MB. 
•  If uploading video using "add a video" option, the file must be less than 1.8 GB. 
•  If using "add a document" option, max file (including document, image, video, etc.) size is 1.8 GB.
