2853563 - SQLDML causes syntax error Msg 102 - SRS

Symptom

ASE-to-ASE replication, DSI connection gets shutdown with the following error:

ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(148(1) RDS.rdb) - dsiqmint.c(4710)
Message from server: Message: 102, State 181, Severity 15 -- 'Incorrect syntax near '12345 '.

SQL Statement Replication (SQLDML)) is ON for 'UDI'
The WHERE clause gets truncated after 16384 characters.
