SMS Configuration is complete and some candidates are receiving the manual SMS messages. But candidates from certain countries are not receiving the messages.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
Rules and Regulations in certain countries like Kuwait and UAE can block the sending of SMS messages to candidates. For example, Sender IDs need to be registered with the governing bodies with the aim of stopping unnecessary SPAM
Resolution
You will need to reach out to the SMS Provider, Sinch AB for assistance. Customers can create an case directly with Sinch via essupport.digitalinterconnect@sinch.com.
